Diary of a Wimpy Kid Series 1-8
I just finished reading the Diary of Wimpy Kid series by Jeff Kinney. These books aren't typical novels, they're more a collection of funny short stories in a diary format.
The main character Greg is simply trying to find his place and life. Young readers can analyze the decisions he makes as he deals with:
- His mom
- His dad
- His big brother Rodrick
- His little brother Manny
- His best friend Rowley
- School
- Girls
- and making Money
If you are looking to challenge yourself as a reader do not read these books but if you are looking to laugh and shake your head in bewilderment, these are the books for you.
